Everything was good. They picked us up from our hotel in Sanur in a private car. The boat transfers were great. Very helpful people. I broke my foot and they did everthing for me to feel comfortable in de boat and in the car. When arrived in Padang Bai, they dropped me to the hospital in Kuta as I requested beforehand, also in private car. It was possible to communicate with the owner via whatsapp. Great people, good communication! Recommended!

Our transfer from Canggu to Gili air was organized by Hery. He was very helpful, he replied to all my questions and was always reachable on Whatsapp. We we're picked up from our accomodation in Canggu, taken to the port in Padang Bay, then to Gili air by speed boat, all went smoothly. We will pick you up from hotel with private car around 6.30am-7.00am depend on your hotel location. Drive to Sanur Harbor where fast ferry to Nusa Penida will departed. After finish Nusa Penida Island Tour in afternoon, fast ferry will bring you back to this harbor. You will arrive here around 5.30pm. You will meet our driver at Sanur Harbor than drive back to hotel. You will reach your hotel around 7pm depend on your hotel location.

Once you finish payment on this booking proccess , your order is confirmed. You will receive confirmation voucher to your email. You can use this voucher for identification during hotel pickup.
